If you were not aware of the HelloStyle Seventeen Ultimate Beauty Smarties Showdown, it is kind of a competition between the Seventeen beauty smarties and finally crowning a winner.
In the new season of this showdown, they invited everyone to join in the fun, submitting an entry video so they will pick 7 contestants to compete in the new season.
So I decided to enter and try my luck. I did a swan lake ballet and stage makeup inspired tutorial for the superheroes challenge. Here is my entry video:

My new obsession: Desigual
Hey everyone!
I'm sorry I don't blog a lot, but I just could not resist myself from talking about my new purchase.
If you follow my youtube, you've probably seen it on my Japan haul.
This is about my new obsession with Desigual. Desigual is a Spanish brand known for its colorful prints and designs. I got mine when I was traveling in Japan
I got the M Tap Galactic bag. I LOVE IT.

I got the M Tap Galactic bag. I LOVE IT.
This bag is a perfect messenger bag to carry around, not too big or small, and gives any plan outfit a pop of color. It has this gorgeous coral color with some kind of peacock feather design. It has a handle to carry on the elbow, or a long strap for wearing cross body.
Honestly, I'm regretting not getting this next bag. But it was a little too big for a tiny person like me. It is the Avatar Galactic bag.
It would have been an awesome traveling duffle bag, but I wouldn't ever want to ruin it like that, so then I wouldn't have any use of such a big bag. Ahhhhh would've gotten it if I had the chance.
Desigual does an AMAZING job at creating patterns and playing with color, but never having a feeling of having too much color. Like this Chumono shirt I saw, they were able to put all colors of the rainbow in one shirt, and it still looks classy and amazing, instead of being childish or too over-the-top.
All in all, I fell in love the second I saw their bags, and I'm definitely going to get some more in the future.

Dad ily
Call me weird, call me crazy. But I wanna dedicate this post to my Dad <3
Obviously, not many people will read this, but I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to my dad.
My dad has gone to limits to shape me who I am today.
He used to run around USA just to buy me limited edition Barbie dolls. Yes everyone's barbie obsessed when they were little, including me :)
He tolerates my messy room. Literally, it's like a rubbish dump minus the smell here.
He supports my ballet, and doesn't complain when I miss family time because I have to go dance. I dance on weekends, that's why I miss so many family time.
I was never physically punished by my parents. (which this happens a lot to my fellow friends)
He tolerates my obsession with makeup and fashion, though he thinks it's a waste of money.
He allowed me to go to private boarding school, even if it means he has to work harder to pay for it. This is what means to me the most. I've been nagging him to let me go overseas to study. Now I got in, and the fee is of course huge. But he never questioned my ability to do well and get a scholarship.
"I'll have to do a million tooth implant to make up for the fee." said Dad jokingly :)
So thank you dad. You have no idea how much. I might not show it, but you're always my hero <3
